  • Kosher Salt 1 Tbsp

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper 1/4 tsp

Preparation

  1. Prepare & Cook Chicken

    Rinse chicken under cold running water and pat dry using paper towels. Arrange chicken in a single layer, meaty part facing up, on a sheet pan. Drizzle the oil on chicken, turning to coat all sides. Season chicken evenly with salt and pepper. Place sheet pan in oven on rack level 2, and start cook sequence.

    • 2 1/2 lb Chicken Wings
    • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
    • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  2. Serve & Enjoy

    Once cooking is complete, remove from oven and allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with lemon juice, fresh parsley, and flaky salt if desired, and enjoy with your favorite side!
