Preparation

Form Patties
Smash all of the black beans into a paste like consistency. Grate the carrots, garlic and shallot together. Mix everything together well and portion into 4 equal sized patties.
- 1 can , 15 oz Canned Black Beans
- 1/2 cup , grated Carrots
- 2 , grated Garlic Cloves
- 1 , grated Fresh Shallot
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/3 cup Instant Potatoes
- 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander

Prep Topping
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Remove the flesh from the skin and place into a bowl. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil and mash the avocado up well. Place desired amount on top of burger.
- 1 Avocado

Cook Patties
Preheat pan to medium-low heat. Add oil and cook your patties for 5 minutes on each side.
