Soak skewers in water for 10 to 30 minutes before cooking.

Cut the bread into large chunks.

Cut the chicken into large chunks for skewering.
- 6 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

Build Flavor
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Slowly add the extra virgin olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 , juiced Lemon
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt
- 1 , yolk only Egg
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Assemble Kabobs
Alternate ingredients while building skewers.
- 6 oz , diced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 , diced Sourdough Bread
- 4 , peeled Garlic Cloves
- 4 Canned Anchovy Fillets in Oil

Season & Cook
Heat a large greased skillet, season the skewers with a little salt, pepper and canola oil. Sear on medium high heat, making sure to turn the skewers over every 3-5 minutes or as they brown to ensure even cooking.

Serve
Place the cooked skewers on the bed of romaine leaves, drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle parmesan over the top.
