Preparation

Boil Water
Prepare garlic. Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to boil.
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 bunch Garden Fresh Thyme
- 2 , smashed Garlic Cloves

Cover & Simmer Rice
Add rice & reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 40 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes. Remove garlic & thyme. Fluff rice with a fork.

Bake Chicken
Season chicken breasts on sheet pan. Start to cook chicken breasts on top oven rack.
- 2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt

Prep & Cook Broccoli
Season broccoli. Once the chicken's first cook sequence is up, add the broccoli to the sheet pan with the chicken and start the next cook sequence.
- 3/4 lb Broccoli
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Thai Green Curry Creation
Bring all ingredients to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- 2 Tbsp Green Curry Paste
- 1 can Canned Coconut Milk
- 1 , juiced Lime
- 2 tsp Fish Sauce
- 2 tsp Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

Serve & Enjoy!
Slice chicken breast into 1/2" slices and top with Thai Green Curry. Serve with broccoli and rice.
