Preparation

  1. Ingredient Prep

    Preheat oven to 400 F. Prepare cauliflower on a sheet pan with oil & salt. Roast for 10 minutes. Prepare ingredients. Reserve a small quantity of scallion, red pepper & cilantro for garnish!

    • 1 head , small florets Fresh White Cauliflower
    • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1/4 cup , sliced Scallions
    • 1/2 cup , sliced Red Seedless Grapes
    • 1/4 cup , chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaf
    • 1 , sliced Fresno Pepper
  2. Salad Assembly

    Combine mayo, sour cream & curry powder in a large bowl, mix well. Add remaining ingredients to sour cream mixture.

    • 1 head , small florets Fresh White Cauliflower
    • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
    • 1/4 cup Full Fat Mayonnaise
    • 1 Tbsp Curry Powder
    • 1/4 cup , sliced Scallions
    • 1/2 cup , sliced Red Seedless Grapes
    • 1/4 cup , chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaf
    • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 1 , sliced Fresno Pepper
    • 1/4 cup Almond Slivers
  3. Taste

    Plate the salad in a bowl or platter. Garnish with cilantro, chilis & scallions. Season with black pepper.
