Ingredient Prep
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare ingredients. Reserve 1 tbsp chives for garnish! Cook bacon for 25 minutes.
- 5 slices Raw Bacon Slice
- 1 head , quartered Iceberg Lettuce
- 1 1/2 cups , diced Watermelon
- 1 cup , halved Red Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup , sliced Fresh Chives

Make Dressing
Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well.
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 1/3 cup Full Fat Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 3 Tbsp , sliced Fresh Chives
- 1 cup , crumbles Danish Blue Cheese

Salad Assembly
Place the iceberg lettuce on a platter & top with the dressing. Add tomatoes, hand-torn bacon, watermelon & basil. Garnish with blue cheese & orange zest. Enjoy!
