Preparation

Form Patties
Separate egg white and pour it into the ground turkey. Mix well. Portion the meat into 4 equal patties.
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 , white only Egg

Prep Topping
In a non stick pan, heat up oil on medium heat. Crack the egg into the pan and let cook for about 5 minutes until the whites around the yolk start to set. Lower the heat if its browning too fast on the sides.

- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper

Cook Patties
Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your patties for 6 minutes on each side.
