  • Plain Drinkable Yogurt 1 cup

Dry Goods

  • Old Fashioned Quaker Oats 2 Tbsp

Packaged Products

  • Unsweetened Almond Butter 1 Tbsp

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Unsweetened Protein Powder 1 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Add Liquid

    Pour yogurt into blender.

    • 1 cup , dairy or dairy free Plain Drinkable Yogurt
  2. Add Protein Powder

    Add protein powder to blender.

    • 1 Tbsp , of choice Unsweetened Protein Powder
  3. Prepare Ingredients

    Prepare ingredients.

    • 1/2 , cored, chopped Fresh Gala Apple
  4. Assemble Smoothie

    Add all ingredients to blender. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!

    • 1/2 cup , sliced Frozen Bananas
    • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Butter
    • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
    • 1 pinch Fine Grain Salt
    • 2 Tbsp Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
  5. Mix It Up

    Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick.

  6. Sip Sip, Hooray!

    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
