Preparation

Cook Brussels Sprouts
Preheat oven to 400 F. Prepare brussels sprouts & place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper, cook for 10 minutes at 400 F.
- 4 cups , halved Brussels Sprouts
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper

Flavor Creation
Place sugar & water in a pot until a light golden brown. Turn off heat. Add remaining ingredients. Turn heat back on and simmer for 2 minutes then cool.

- 1/2 cup Water
- 3/8 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 2 tsp Sambal Sauce

Combine
Add desired amount of sauce mixture to cooked brussels sprouts & peanuts, starting with a few tablespoons. Mix well.

- 1 pinch Kosher Salt

Taste
Plate in bowl or on platter and garnish with peanuts, cilantro & wonton chips. Drizzle with extra sauce if desired.
