Prepare ingredients & add to a large bowl. Reserve spring onions & coriander (half the quantity of each) for garnish.
- 210 g , shredded Chinese Leaf
- 60 g , julienned Yellow Onion
- 50 g , sliced Spring Onions
- 50 g , sliced bias Celery
- 8 g , chopped Coriander

Dressing Creation
Combine mayo, sour cream, lime juice and honey. Mix well. Pour dressing over salad mixture. Season with salt & pepper. Toss to coat.
