Preparation

Form Burgers
Chop kalamata olives and chives and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Mix into the burger meat and portion into 4 equal sized burgers.
- 2 Tbsp , chopped Kalamata Olives
- 2 Tbsp , crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1 Tbsp , sliced Chives
- 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Fresh Oregano
- 450 g , 80/20 blend Beef Mince

Prep Topping
Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Remove the flesh from the skin and place into a bowl. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil and mash the avocado up well. Place desired amount on top of burger.
- 1 Hass Avocado
- 1 , juiced, zested Lemon
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper

Cook Burgers
Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your burgers for 5 minutes on each side for medium.
