Preparation

  1. Ingredient Prep

    Prepare ingredients.

    • 300 g , sliced Strawberries
  2. Dressing Creation

    Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.

    • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    • 80 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1 , zested & juiced Lemon
  3. Salad Assembly

    Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing to taste & mix well.

    • 300 g , sliced Strawberries
    • 240 g Spinach
    • 50 g , roasted Sliced Almonds
    • 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  4. Serve and Enjoy!

    Plate in bowl or on platter. Garnish with goat's cheese & top with ground pepper.
