Pour yogurt into blender.
- 1 cup , dairy or dairy free Plain Drinkable Yogurt

Prepare Ingredients
Prepare ingredients, reserving half of lemon peel and juice of quarter of the lemon.
- 1/4 , chopped Fennel Bulb
- 1 , ends trimmed, chopped Persian Cucumber
- 1/4 , pitted, quatered Avocado
- 1/2 , peeled, quartered, juiced Lemon
- 4 sprigs , leaves picked Mint

Add Ingredients To Blender
Add all ingredients to blender. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 pinch Fine Grain Salt
- 1 drop , optional or to taste Liquid Stevia

Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick.
