Prepare Strawberries
Prepare strawberries.
- 1 lb , ends trimmed, sliced Strawberries

Create Strawberry Jam
Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium-high heat. Add strawberries, vinegar, vanilla and sugar. Stir to combine. Add thyme and zest and juice orange into pan. Season with black pepper. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 minutes or until thickened.

- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 sprigs Garden Fresh Thyme
- 1 , zest and juice Orange

Create Crostinis
Slice baguette. Arrange baguette slices on a sheet pan, drizzle evenly with oil and season with salt. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

Prepare & Bake Brie
Oil a cast iron skillet, pan or baking sheet. Place brie in skillet and season with oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.
- 1 , small wheel Brie Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Plate
Top brie with jam and garnish with thyme. Serve with crostinis.
