  • Wild Atlantic Salmon 1 lb

Spices

  • Kosher Salt 1 tsp

  • Crushed Red Peppers 1/2 tsp

Produce

  • Fresh White Cauliflower 1 head

  • Lime 1

  • Fresh Cilantro Leaf 1/2 cup

Pantry

  • Black Pepper 1 pinch

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Coconut Oil 5/8 cup

  • Vegetable Stock 1/2 cup

  • Fish Sauce 1 tsp

Nuts & Seeds

  • Sunflower Seeds 2 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Sear Salmon

    Prep salmon while heating pan on high heat for 2 min. Cook for 4 min or until golden brown, seasoning half way. Remove from pan.

    • 1 lb , diced Wild Atlantic Salmon
    • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  2. Chop Veggies

    Prepare ingredients. Set pan to high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil and cauliflower; cook for 3 minutes. Add stock, cover & cook for 3 min.

    • 1 head , chopped Fresh White Cauliflower
    • 1 , zested Lime
    • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
    • 1/2 cup , or chicken stock Vegetable Stock
  3. Cook Cauliflower

    Add ingredients to cauliflower. Garnish with torn cilantro. Turn off heat.

    • 1 tsp Fish Sauce
    • 1 , juiced + zested Lime
    • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Peppers
    • 1/2 cup , hand torn Fresh Cilantro Leaf
    • 2 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
  4. Combine Salmon and Cauliflower

    Give it a stir. Enjoy!
