Preparation

Sear Salmon
Prep salmon while heating pan on high heat for 2 min. Cook for 4 min or until golden brown, seasoning half way. Remove from pan.
- 1 lb , diced Wild Atlantic Salmon
- 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper

Chop Veggies
Prepare ingredients. Set pan to high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil and cauliflower; cook for 3 minutes. Add stock, cover & cook for 3 min.
- 1 head , chopped Fresh White Cauliflower
- 1 , zested Lime
- 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup , or chicken stock Vegetable Stock

Cook Cauliflower
Add ingredients to cauliflower. Garnish with torn cilantro. Turn off heat.
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce
- 1 , juiced + zested Lime
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Peppers
- 1/2 cup , hand torn Fresh Cilantro Leaf
- 2 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds

Combine Salmon and Cauliflower
