Pour coconut water into blender.
- 1 cup , unsweetened Coconut Water

Add goji berries to blender.
- 1 Tbsp Dried Goji Berries

Prepare Ingredients
Prepare ingredients. Note: Use only zest and juice of lime, if you prefer a smoothie without a bitter note.
- 1/2 inch , peeled, chopped Ginger
- 1/4 , ends trimmed, quartered Lime

Assemble Smoothie
Add all ingredients to blender. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!
- 1/2 cup Frozen Broccoli
- 1/2 cup Frozen Mangos
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 pinch Fine Grain Salt

Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick.
