  • Full Fat Mayonnaise 1/4 cup

  • Wheat Hamburger Rolls 4

  • Granulated Sugar 1 tsp

  • Green Cabbage 1/2

  • Red Onions 1/3 cup

  • Carrot 1

  • Italian Parsley 1/4 cup

Spices

  • Kosher Salt 2 tsp

Dairy & Eggs

  • Egg 1

  • Sour Cream 1/4 cup

Pantry

  • Red Wine Vinegar 2 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper 1 tsp

  • Olive Oil 2 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Form Patties

    Separate egg white and pour it into the ground turkey. Mix well. Portion the meat into 4 equal patties.

    • 1 lb Ground Turkey
    • 1 , white only Egg
  2. Cook Patties

    Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your patties for 6 minutes on each side.

    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 4 , toasted Wheat Hamburger Rolls
  3. Prep Topping

    In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar, sugar & oil together. Prepare vegetables. Combine cabbage mixture with mayo mixture. Mix well.

    • 1/2 , sliced Green Cabbage
    • 1/3 cup , julienne Red Onions
    • 1 , grated Carrot
    • 1/4 cup , chopped Italian Parsley
    • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
    • 1/4 cup Full Fat Mayonnaise
    • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
    • 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
