  • Ground Coriander 1/2 tsp

  • Ground Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp

  • Tomato Ketchup 1/4 cup

  • Yellow Mustard 2 Tbsp

  • Instant Potatoes 1/3 cup

Pantry

  • Black Pepper 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Form Patties

    Smash all of the black beans into a paste like consistency. Grate the carrots, garlic and shallot together. Mix everything together well and portion into 4 equal sized patties.

    • 1 can , 15 oz Canned Black Beans
    • 1/2 cup , grated Carrots
    • 2 , grated Garlic Cloves
    • 1 , grated Fresh Shallot
    • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1/3 cup Instant Potatoes
    • 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
  2. Prep Toppings

    Prepare ingredients. Set aside tomatoes & lettuce. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well.

    • 1/2 cup Full Fat Mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
    • 1/4 cup Tomato Ketchup
    • 2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
    • 1/4 cup , finely diced Dill Pickles
    • 1 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
    • 1/4 cup , sliced Scallions
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1/2 head , sliced Iceberg Lettuce
    • 1 , sliced Red Tomato
  3. Cook Patties

    Preheat pan to medium-low heat. Add oil and cook your patties for 5 minutes on each side.

    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 4 , toasted Wheat Hamburger Rolls
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
