Preparation

Form Patties
Smash all of the black beans into a paste like consistency. Grate the carrots, garlic and shallot together. Mix everything together well and portion into 4 equal sized patties.
- 1 can , 15 oz Canned Black Beans
- 1/2 cup , grated Carrots
- 2 , grated Garlic Cloves
- 1 , grated Fresh Shallot
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/3 cup Instant Potatoes
- 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander

Prep Toppings
Prepare ingredients. Set aside tomatoes & lettuce. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well.
- 1/2 cup Full Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Tomato Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 1/4 cup , finely diced Dill Pickles
- 1 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 cup , sliced Scallions
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 head , sliced Iceberg Lettuce
- 1 , sliced Red Tomato

Cook Patties
Preheat pan to medium-low heat. Add oil and cook your patties for 5 minutes on each side.
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 , toasted Wheat Hamburger Rolls
