Prepare ingredients & add to a large bowl. Reserve scallions & cilantro (half the quantity of each) for garnish.
- 3 cups , shredded Napa Cabbage
- 1/2 cup , julienned Yellow Onion
- 1/2 cup , sliced Scallions
- 1/2 cup , sliced bias Celery
- 1/2 cup , chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaf

Dressing Creation
Combine mayo, sour cream, lime juice and honey. Mix well. Pour dressing over salad mixture. Season with salt & pepper. Toss to coat.
- 1/4 cup Full Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper

Top salad with scallions & cilantro. Season with pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
