  • Plain Drinkable Yogurt 1 cup

Dry Goods

  • Dried Goji Berries 1 Tbsp

Packaged Products

  • Tahini 1 Tbsp

Spices

  • Ground Cardamom 1/2 tsp

  • Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp

  • Fine Grain Salt 1 pinch

  • Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp

Frozen Products

  • Frozen Bananas 1 cup

Preparation

  1. Add Liquid

    Pour yogurt into blender.

    • 1 cup , dairy or dairy free Plain Drinkable Yogurt
  2. Add Goji Berries

    Add goji berries to blender.

    • 1 Tbsp Dried Goji Berries
  3. Assemble Smoothie

    Add all ingredients to blender. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!

    • 1 cup , sliced Frozen Bananas
    • 1 Tbsp Tahini
    • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp Ground Cardamom
    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 1 pinch Fine Grain Salt
  4. Mix It Up

    Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick.

  5. Sip Sip, Hooray!

    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
