Ingredient Prep
Preheat oven to 350F. Cook bacon for 25 minutes. Prepare ingredients.
- 1 bunch , chopped into florets, stems chopped Broccoli
- 1/2 cup , grated Carrots
- 1/2 cup , sliced, julienned Red Onions
- 5 slices Raw Bacon Slice

Salad Assembly
Combine sour cream, mayo and red wine vinegar in a large bowl. Add all salad ingredients to the same bowl and mix well. Once cooled, chop bacon and add to salad bowl. Mix to combine.

Plate on platter or bowl. Garnish with slivered almonds & extra virgin olive oil.
