Pull Apart Lettuce Cups
Wash & dry lettuce. Separate leaves.

Salsa Creation
Toss the tomatillos, onions, jalapenos, & garlic with olive oil. Season. Roast in oven for 20 minutes.

Prep Cabbage Slaw
Add all ingredients to a bowl. Stir to combine.
- 1/4 head , sliced Red Cabbage
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 , Juiced Lime

Salsa Creation Cont.
Transfer tomatillo mixture to a blender/food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Pulse several times until chunky.

- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 , juiced Lime
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin

Sear & Season Chicken
Prepare ingredients. Set pan to high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil and sliced chicken. Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown; season halfway through.
