Preparation

Cook Rice
Bring ingredients to a boil. Stir once, cover & reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit with lid on for 5 minutes.

Make Dressing
Add ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp , peeled Ginger
- 4 tsp Sambal Sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
- 2 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp Kosher Salt

Salad Assembly
Prepare ingredients & add to a large bowl. Reserve some scallions & avocado for garnish! Add dressing & mix well. Salt to taste.
- 1 lb , cubed Fresh Yellowfin Tuna
- 1/2 cup , julienned Red Onions
- 1/2 cup , sliced on bias English Cucumber
- 1 , chunks Avocado
- 1/2 cup , sliced Scallions

Taste
Place rice first in a platter or a bowl. Add tuna mixture. Top with avocado chunks, sesame seeds, cilantro, scallions, and fried onions.
