Preparation

Mix Together Churro Batter
Mix water, milk, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add P.A.N. Pre-cooked White Corn Meal, stirring vigorously for 5 minutes. Place the batter in a pastry bag with a star-shaped nozzle.
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 1 1/2 cups Whole Milk
- 1 Tbsp , melted Unsalted Butter
- 1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Harina P.A.N. Pre-Cooked White Cornmeal
- to taste Iodized Salt

Deep Fry
Pour strips directly into the pan and deep-fry until golden brown.
- 6 cups Canola Oil

Sprinkle With Sugar
Remove from heat and sprinkle with sugar while hot.
- 1/2 cup , to sprinkle Granulated Sugar
