Preparation

Season & Bake Chicken
Season chicken on a sheet pan, on all sides, and turn skin side up. Place on sheet pan in the oven on top rack. Start cook sequence.

- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper

Bake Sweet Potatoes
Prepare sweet potatoes. Arrange sliced sweet potatoes in an even layer to a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with remaining ingredients. Once the chicken's first cook sequence is up, add the potatoes to a lower rack and start the next cook sequence to cook both the potatoes and chicken.

Salad Creation
Prepare ingredients. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- 6 oz , chopped Kale
- 1 cup , halved Crimson Seedless Grapes
- 1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 2 , thinly sliced into circles Persian Cucumbers
- 1/4 cup Sherry Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Make Turmeric Yogurt Sauce
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl & mix well.
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 , juiced Lemon
- 1 tsp Ground Turmeric

Serve & Enjoy!
Top chicken with Turmeric Yogurt Sauce. Serve with sweet potatoes and kale salad.
