Preparation

Form Patties
Slice the chives. Mix all ingredients together. Mix into burger meat and portion in to 4 equal sized patties.
- 1 Chipotle Pepper
- 1 Tbsp , sliced Fresh Chives
- 2 Tbsp , grated Monterey Jack Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Barbecue Sauce
- 1 , 1 tsp zest Lime
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1 lb , 80/20 blend Ground Beef

Prep Topping
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Remove the flesh from the skin and place into a bowl. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil and mash the avocado up well. Place desired amount on top of burger.
- 1 Avocado
- 1 , juiced, zested Lemon
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper

Cook Patties
Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your patties for 5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
