  • Monterey Jack Cheese 2 Tbsp

  • Olive Oil 2 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Form Patties

    Slice the chives. Mix all ingredients together. Mix into burger meat and portion in to 4 equal sized patties.

    • 1 Chipotle Pepper
    • 1 Tbsp , sliced Fresh Chives
    • 2 Tbsp , grated Monterey Jack Cheese
    • 2 Tbsp Barbecue Sauce
    • 1 , 1 tsp zest Lime
    • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
    • 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
    • 1 lb , 80/20 blend Ground Beef
  2. Prep Topping

    Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Remove the flesh from the skin and place into a bowl. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil and mash the avocado up well. Place desired amount on top of burger.

    • 1 Avocado
    • 1 , juiced, zested Lemon
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  3. Cook Patties

    Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your patties for 5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.

    • 4 , toasted Wheat Hamburger Rolls
    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  4. Serve and Enjoy!

    Pair with your favorite side.
