Preparation

Cook Quinoa
Bring ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat & let stand 5 minutes. Remove from pot & cool.

Cut the cucumber, tomato and parsley.
- 180 g , diced Fresh Red Tomato
- 100 g , diced Cucumber
- 30 g , chopped Parsley

Salad Assembly
Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
