Form Burgers
Separate egg white and pour it into the turkey mince. Mix well. Portion the meat into 4 equal burgers.
- 450 g Turkey Mince
- 1 , white only Whole Egg

Cook Burgers
Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your burgers for 6 minutes on each side.
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 , toasted Burger Bun

Prep Topping
Bake in oven at 175 C. Pull out when it begins to get crispy.
