  • Unsweetened Dairy Free Milk 1 cup

Preparation

  1. Add Liquid

    Pour milk of choice into blender.

    • 1 cup Unsweetened Dairy Free Milk
  2. Add Chia Seeds

    Add chia seeds to blender.

    • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  3. Prepare Ingredients

    Prepare ingredients, reserving half of lemon peel and juice of quarter of the lemon.

    • 1/4 , chopped Fennel Bulb
    • 1 , ends trimmed, chopped Persian Cucumber
    • 1/4 , pitted, quatered Avocado
    • 1/2 , peeled, quartered, juiced Lemon
    • 4 sprigs , leaves picked Mint
  4. Add Ingredients To Blender

    Add all ingredients to blender. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!

    • 1 cup Baby Spinach
    • 1 pinch Fine Grain Salt
    • 1 drop , optional or to taste Liquid Stevia
  5. Mix It Up

    Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick.

  6. Sip Sip, Hooray!

    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
