Ingredient Prep
Preheat oven to 175C. Prepare ingredients. Reserve 1 tbsp chives for garnish! Cook bacon for 25 minutes.
- 5 slices Bacon
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce
- 225 g , diced Watermelon
- 150 g , halved Red Cherry Tomatoes
- 4 Tbsp , sliced Chives

Make Dressing
Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well.
- 65 g Sour Cream
- 75 g Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 3 Tbsp , sliced Chives
- 130 g , crumbles Danish Blue Cheese

Salad Assembly
Place the iceberg lettuce on a platter & top with the dressing. Add tomatoes, hand-torn bacon, watermelon & basil. Garnish with blue cheese & orange zest. Enjoy!
