Preparation

Cook Rice
Bring ingredients to a boil. Stir once, cover & reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let it sit with lid on for 5 minutes.

Make Dressing
Add ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- 130 g Soy Sauce
- 4 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp , peeled Ginger Root
- 4 tsp Sambal
- 2 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
- 2 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp Salt

Salad Assembly
Prepare ingredients & add to a large bowl. Reserve some scallions & avocado for garnish! Add dressing & mix well. Salt to taste.

- 50 g , sliced diagonally Cucumber
- 1 1/2 , chunks Hass Avocados
- 50 g , sliced Spring Onions

Taste
Place rice first in a platter or a bowl. Add tuna mixture. Top with avocado chunks, sesame seeds, coriander, scallions, and fried onions.
