  • Ground Cumin 1/2 tsp

  • Ground Coriander Seed 1/2 tsp

  • Monterey Jack Cheese 2 Tbsp

Pantry

  • Olive Oil 2 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Form Burgers

    Slice the chives. Mix all ingredients together. Mix into burger meat and portion in to 4 equal sized burgers.

    • 2 Tbsp Chipotle Peppers
    • 1 Tbsp , sliced Chives
    • 2 Tbsp , grated Monterey Jack Cheese
    • 2 Tbsp Barbecue Sauce
    • 1 tsp , zested Lime
    • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
    • 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander Seed
    • 450 g , 80/20 blend Beef Mince
  2. Prep Topping

    Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Remove the flesh from the skin and place into a bowl. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil and mash the avocado up well. Place desired amount on top of burger.

    • 1 Hass Avocado
    • 1 , juiced, zested Lemon
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 2 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  3. Cook Burgers

    Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your burgers for 5 minutes on each side for medium.

    • 4 , toasted Burger Bun
    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  4. Serve and Enjoy!

    Pair with your favourite side.
