  • Cornstarch 1 Tbsp

Pantry

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 Tbsp

  • Rice Wine Vinegar 3 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Prepare Vegetables

    Preheat oven to 375F. Prepare ingredients and set aside in a bowl.

    • 7 , roughly chopped Green Onions
    • 8 , peeled, roughly chopped Garlic Cloves
    • 5 oz , stems removed, roughly chopped Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms
    • 2 Tbsp , peeled, roughly chopped Ginger
  2. Create Shroomai Mix

    Place all ingredients, including prepared vegetables, into a food processor and pulse until a smooth mixture forms. Tip: make sure to not over blend.

    • 7.5 oz , peeled, deveined Pacific White Shrimp
    • 6 oz Ground Pork
    • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
    • 2 tsp Granulated Sugar
    • 1/2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
    • 1/2 , juice Lemon
    • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  3. Assemble Mushrooms

    Remove stem and trim the hat of the mushroom to create a flat surface. With the help of a spoon, fill mushrooms and place on a baking sheet. Prepare an additional baking sheet if needed for remaining mushrooms. Drizzle with oil and bake for 25 minutes.

    • 24 , trimmed Brown Mushrooms
    • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  4. Create Sauce

    Whisk soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and sesame oil in a bowl until sugar has dissolved. Set aside.

    • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    • 3 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
    • 1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
    • 1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
  5. Prepare Garnish

    Prepare green onions and cilantro.

    • 2 , green part only, thinly sliced Green Onions
    • 6 sprigs , leaves picked Fresh Cilantro Leaf
  6. Serve

    Allow mushrooms to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Arrange cooked mushrooms on a serving platter and garnish with green onions and cilantro leaves. Place sauce in a dipping bowl. Dip, dip, hooray!
