Prep Toppings
Prepare ingredients.
- 1 1/2 cups , thinly sliced or shredded Brussels Sprouts
- 1/2 cup , diced Raw Bacon Slice

Cook Toppings
Heat pan over medium high heat. Add oil. Cook bacon for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Add brussels sprouts, cook for 3 minutes or until wilted. Add minced garlic and lemon zest. Stir thoroughly. Set aside.
