1 lb Wild Atlantic Salmon

2 Garlic Cloves

2 Tbsp Ginger

4 Scallions
-
2 lb Cremini Mushrooms

1 Lime

2 bags UNCLE BEN'S® READY RICE® Jasmine Rice

1/4 cup Sesame Seed Oil
-
10 tsp Soy Sauce
-
1/2 cup Vegetable Broth
-
4 tsp Toasted Unsalted White Sesame Seeds
STEPS

Prepare ingredients. Set pan to high heat for 1 minute.
Add (half) oil & salmon. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan.
Add remaining oil, garlic, ginger & green onions to pan. Cook & stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add soy sauce & sesame seeds.
Add salmon back to pan. Gently toss to coat with sauce.

Prepare ingredients. Set pan to high heat for 1 minute. Add oil & ginger.
Cook & stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Stir in mushrooms & soy sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add in broth & cook for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in lime juice & sesame seeds.

Gently squeeze the sides of the pouch to break apart the rice, and pour contents into a skillet.
Add water, and heat on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes or until heated thoroughly.

Serve in a bowl over rice or mixed together, stir-fry style!
