1/4 cup Cornstarch

1 cup Chicken Stock

1/4 cup Canola Oil

1/4 cup White Vinegar

1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup

1/4 cup Granulated Sugar

1/3 cup Dry Roasted Unsalted Cashews

1 Tbsp Toasted Unsalted White Sesame Seeds

Prepare ingredients.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sausage, in small pieces, and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until browned.
Add the pineapple, onion and peppers, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes or until slightly soft.
Add the chicken stock, vinegar, and ketchup. Stir to combine.
Sprinkle the sugar into the sauce. Mix cornstarch in a small bowl with 1/4 cups of water and add to the sauce mixing well.
Let simmer for 8 minutes or until thick.

Ladle sweet & sour pork into a bowl and serve with your favorite side, ours is rice!
Garnish with cashews, green onions and sesame seeds.
